What if the most powerful way to equip the next generation isn’t through arguments alone—but through the stories we tell?
This summer, Tactical Faith and Samford University’s Core Text Program are hosting Worldview Academy 2025, a one-day intensive event on Saturday, July 19, designed for adults—pastors, educators, homeschool leaders, and Christian mentors—who are committed to shaping minds and hearts for Christ in today’s cultural landscape.
Our theme this year is “The Old Myth and the New.” We’ll explore how ancient myths—like those found in Scripture, classical literature, and Christian tradition—formed a moral and spiritual imagination. Then we’ll turn to the new myths—the stories told by our modern culture through media, technology, and ideology—and examine how they are forming, and deforming, the worldview of emerging generations.
Throughout the day, you’ll engage with local professors and with one another in ways that will help you think critically and creatively about how to recover the power of Christian narrative, beauty, and truth in your own teaching and discipleship.
Whether you’re shaping students in the classroom, mentoring in the church, or parenting at home, Worldview Academy 2025 is your opportunity to step back, recalibrate, and be renewed in your mission.
