From I-65:
Follow signs for Brooks Hall/Auditorium.
- Take exit 255 for Lakeshore Drive.
- If coming from the north, turn left onto Lakeshore Drive.
- If coming from the south, turn right onto Lakeshore Drive.
- Continue on Lakeshore Drive for about 2 miles.
- Turn left into Samford University’s main entrance.
From US-31 and US-280:
- Exit onto Lakeshore Drive, heading west.
